Counter Notification Process

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was incorrectly targeted or is not infringing, you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.
